Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Lukanisman Awang Sauni berkata, antara alasan perletakan jawatan yang diberikan adalah bekerja di sektor swasta, isu penempatan, mengikut pasangan, waktu bekerja syif, masalah kesihatan pegawai/ keluarga dan masalah peribadi.

Seramai 75,566 orang kurang upaya (OKU) telah mendapat pekerjaan yang lebih baik setelah menerima latihan di bawah Sistem Pensijilan Kemahiran Malaysia.

Timbalan Menteri Kesihatan Datuk Lukanisman Awang Sauni memberitahu Dewan Rakyat sehingga 31 Disember 2024, 70,229 jururawat yang berkhidmat di KKM terdiri daripada 69,114 lantikan tetap dan 821 lantikan kontrak interim.
"Secara keseluruhan, pengisian jawatan jururawat di KKM telah mencapai 88 peratus," kata Lukanisman.
Jelasnya, seramai 582 jururawat telah meletak jawatan pada tahun 2024 dengan pelbagai alasan.
